Templates On provides a platform for creating, managing, and generating images and PDFs from customizable templates. The service includes template creation and editing tools, generation APIs, template storage and management, and public template sharing.

• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not upload malicious code or malware.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Do not generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content.
• Do not spam, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the templates and content you create using the service. By making templates public, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your templates for operating and promoting the service.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Templates On and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and billing

• You agree to pay fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds are handled case by case. Pricing may change with advance notice to existing subscribers.

7. Availability, APIs, and termination

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

If you use our API, you must comply with plan limits, secure your API keys, and avoid abusive traffic patterns.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or legal requests.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templates On shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Templates On operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and may then proceed to arbitration or the applicable courts.
