Templates On provides a platform for creating, managing, and generating images and PDFs from customizable templates. The Service includes:

  • Public template sharing

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or malware

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the templates and content you create using the Service. By making templates public, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your templates for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Templates On and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@templateson.com to discuss refund requests.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes for existing subscribers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

8. API Usage and Rate Limits

If you use our API:

  • You must comply with our API usage limits and guidelines
  • Rate limits are enforced based on your subscription plan
  • Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension
  • You must secure your API keys and not share them publicly

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPLATES ON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Templates On and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Templates On operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction specified above.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
